This event focuses on a model of human experience consisting of four dimensions: physical (to do with the body and the senses), psychological (thoughts and emotions), social (about relationships), and ideological (to do with our values). Considering each dimension can be important in enabling our employees to thrive at their job - performing at their best, fulfilling their potential and having a sense of wellbeing. During the event examples will be given to illustrate each dimension and examples of how interventions can improve people’s work experience.” Speaker: Professor Pat Jordan, CEO at The Worldwide Psychology Company Pat is a work and workplace psychologist with multinational clients in the private, public and third sectors. He is a consultant to many of the world’s most successful companies. He has written several books and was a policy advisor to the UK government from 2000 until 2010. Pat has a PhD in psychology and has been awarded honorary chairs at several universities in the UK and USA and a Fellowship from the Royal Society of Medicine.
