Mythos The adaptation consists of a selection of Greek plays dealing with the house of Atreus, a royal family in conflict with its fate, which forces on it a chain of revengeful acts. The texts are taken from Aeschylus, Sophocles, Euripides, Hugo von Hofmannsthal (the opera Electra), Jean- Paul Sartre (Trojan women). To this were added texts about astronomical and stellar phenomena accompanying the action. The adaptation focuses on the fate of the younger generation, Electra and Orestes, brother and sister, who carry the ancient sin that passes in their family across the generations, and are obligated to blood revenge. After Orestes kills his mother (for murdering Agamemnon his father and sacrificing their sister Iphigenia) they are driven away from the city. Each of them (childless) in their own way commits suicide, and in their death, the cycle of revenge comes to an end. The myth is activated by Gods and humans, Greek and Trojans. The stellar system, through which the Greeks deciphered earthly existence, accompanies and echoes every event, like a heavenly roadmap for interpreting reality. The sky photos (projections of astronomical documentation) enable the audience to step out from the performance hall to the universe. This distancing allows a cosmic perspective, and a respite from the voyage of revenge. Adapted and directed by Rina Yerushalmi. Translated by Shimon Buzaglo, Aharon Shabtai. Assefa, Noa Barkai, Gal Barzilay, Maya Ben Avraham, Ruthie Ben-Efrat, Hadas Calderon, Avraham Cohen, Itay Ganot, Barak Gonen, Emmanuel Hannon, , Yehuda Lazarovich, Michal Kalman, Michael Marks, Noa Raban, Yuval Rappaport, Oded Samo, Yousef Sweid (Orestes), Karin Tepper (Iphigenia), Yoav Yeffet. מיתוס העיבוד מורכב מקובץ המחזות היווניים העוסקים בסיפור של בית אטראוס, משפחת מלוכה בעימות עם גורלה הכופה עליה שרשרת של מעשי נקם. הטקסטים בנויים מהמחזאים איסכלוס, סופוקלס, אוריפידס, הוגו פון הופמנשטאל (האופרה -אלקטרה), ג'אן פול סארטר (טרויה).נוספו טקסטים על תופעות השמיים ומערכת הכוכבים המלווים את ההתרחשויות. העיבוד מתמקד בגורלם של הדור הצעיר, אלקטרה ואורסטס , אח ואחות, הנושאים עמם את החטא הקדמון העובר במשפחתם מדור לדור ומצווים על נקמת הדם. לאחר שאורסטס רוצח את אימו ( על רצח אגממנון אביו והקרבתה של איפיגיניאה אחותם), הם מגורשים מהעיר. כל אחד בדרכו מתאבד ובמותם נסגר מעגל הנקם. המיתוס מותנע על ידי האלים, בני האנוש - היוונים והטרויינים. כל מערכת הכוכבים שהיוונים פענחו דרכם את הקיום הארצי, מלווה ומהדהד כל התרחשות ,מעין מפת דרכים שמיימית לפרש את המציאות. התמונות השמיימיות( מהקרנת שקופיות של תיעוד אסטרונומי) מאפשרות לצופים לצאת מאולם המופע אל היקום. התרחקות זו מאפשרת פרספקטיבה קוסמית והקלה ממסע הנקמה. עיבוד ובימוי: רינה ירושלמי. תרגום: שמעון בוזגלו, אהרון שבתאי. מוסיקה מקורית: אבי בללי. תפאורה: הארכיטקטים – רפי סגל,איל ויצמן. תאורה: אבי יונה בואנו (במבי). תלבושות: אנה כרושצ'ובה. הקרנות: עידן לוי. הדרכת תנועה: בלטוב מרינה. שחקנים (לפי א-ב): אספה טיטינה קבצה. בן אפרת רותי. ברזילי גל. ברקאי נועה. גנות איתי, טפר קארין (אלקטרה) לזרוביץ' יהודה. מרקס מייקל. סוויד יוסף (אורסטס). סמו עודד. קלדרון הדס. קלמן מיכל. רבן נעה. רפפורט יובל
