Subscribe for more easy and delicious recipes: http://full.sc/P8YgBt --------------------------------------------------------------- PREP: 5 MINS TOTAL TIME: 50 MINS SERVINGS:6 INGREDIENTS 2 bags (16 ounces each) frozen sliced peaches, thawed 1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 4 slices sandwich bread 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Whipped cream, for serving (optional) DIRECTIONS STEP 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, toss peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and flour to combine. Transfer to an 8-inch square (or other shallow 2-quart) baking dish. STEP 2 In a food processor, pulse bread until coarse crumbs form; sprinkle over fruit mixture, and dot with butter. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. STEP 3 Bake until fruit mixture is bubbling, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove foil, and continue baking until topping is golden, 10 to 15 minutes more. Let sit at least 10 minutes.
