This NEW VR Fitness Game is Making Fitness FUN! // Quest 3 Gameplay

Fitness Fables is a brand new VR game that mixes a fantasy story, dozens of levels, boss fights and colourful characters with a VR fitness programme, it's a game that's designed to be fun whilst also getting your heart rate up, your blood pumping and hopefully help you to burn a few calories whilst you progress the story! If you've played Ring Fit on the Nintendo Switch then Fitness Fables VR will look VERY familiar to you, it's essentially the same concept. To progress through each level you need to complete sets of different exercises to propel your character forward, one minute you're skiing, then you're rowing, then it's time for a little tennis, perhaps a couple of squats and then you might finish off with a short VR boxing session. It's a VR fitness game first but the simplistic story, colourful levels and fun boss fights are a great way to keep people who aren't drawn to VR fitness / VR workout games engaged and exercising in a fun way that doesn't take itself too seriously. As with all VR workout games / VR fitness games I wouldn't expect to build a tonne of muscle but a decent session on Fitness Fables every day will definitely help improve cardio health and elevate your heart rate. This Fitness Fables VR gameplay was captured natively on the Quest 3, this VR gameplay represents the pre-release / pre-launch build of the game and may include glitches or visuals discrepancies that aren't there in the launch version.
