Today, we're going to review part number AHR4. This is the Brophy Aluminum Hand Rail for the Four-Step Scissor Stairs. Basically, this is a folding collapsible hand rail which is designed for your trailer scissor steps. This is the perfect length for the four-step variety. This handle will add extra support when using the stairs. It's easy to remove. It clamps to your existing stair and it includes an RV mounting bracket. Again, it does fold flat for our storage. Basically, this is will fit the Brophy brand in most other four-step scissor steps. I have an example here of a four-stair system and, basically, your hand rail would mount pretty much on that application. You would want to mount the hand rail on the latch side of your RV door because you would not want the door to swing open and hit the hand rail. Basically, I just want to show you the mounting brackets and how it mounts to the stairs. Get start with this. This is the RV mounting bracket. It has a pin in it. Basically, what this would do, it has four mounting holes and it does come with the four mounting screws. This would bolt on to your RV with the square side connector pointing down. Basically, you would take the section of your hand rail that has the bevel cut in it. Once this is installed on the RV, this part would go. This handle would go right into there and you just line the hole up. Put the pin through. Once the pin goes through, put the clip on it and that's basically how your upper part will be mounted to the RV and be connected. Then on the very bottom part that will clamp to the stairs, it will be aluminum bracket with a bolt and a wing nut on it. The way that would attach on the very bottom step, you would run this behind the step through the hand rail and then put the wing nut on to attach it. Basically, I'll show you right up here how that would work like you'd find the two brackets right here. Put this bracket between the stairs with the bolt sticking out, slide on your hand rail and then tighten it down with the wing nut. Basically, I'll show you where it goes right here and then just line the hole up on the hand rail. Slide it through. Sit that up there. Put your wing nut on and snug it down. I want you to snug to the stairs. This part would be mounted up to your RV. That's basically how that would install on your vehicle and on the stairs. That should do it for review on part number AHR4.
