It's a proud moment for me, since all our students have presented their innovative projects so well over the last two days. We witnessed 22 innovative projects, all unique and special, that could change the future of how we live and work. Dear Students, this event is organized solely to encourage you, let you present your ideas, showcase your learning outcomes, and demonstrate your talent. Please note that most highly ranked universities require their students to engage in these kinds of activities regularly to develop their soft skills, foster collaborative learning, and enhance critical thinking and creativity, which are essential for succeeding in the future era of AI and the tech world. Dear Students, merely having a university degree is not enough to secure a good job. Now you will be evaluated in many ways, including soft skills, leadership qualities, whether you are a team player, whether you can work in a multicultural environment, whether you are a good fit in the organization's diverse culture, and so on. Remember that “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Dear Students, this isn't a speech, it's a mission. Please remember that Innovation opens new vistas of knowledge and new dimensions of our imagination, making everyday life more meaningful and richer in depth and content. Often, we find that innovation, by itself, may seem small or even insignificant. But the impact these could have or their potential for impact may be amazing. I do not have to catalogue those for you, for all of you are fully aware. They cover all facets of life, as evidenced by the innovations being honored over the past two days. Innovation is the process of creating new ideas, products, or methods that bring about significant improvements or solve problems in unique ways. It drives progress and transforms our world, from technological advancements to bringing changes in education and business. Innovation requires creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to take risks. It’s about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and being open to new possibilities. Successful innovators often collaborate, drawing on diverse perspectives and skills to fuel their creativity. Embracing innovation means being adaptable and resilient, as not every idea will succeed. Learning from failures and persisting through challenges are essential parts of the innovative journey. Let’s cultivate a mindset of innovation by staying curious, encouraging collaboration, and continually seeking better solutions. By doing so, we can contribute to meaningful progress and make a positive impact on the world. Dear Students, Innovation isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a business necessity. Companies that fail to innovate risk stagnation or failure in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global market. Whether you’re a start-up aiming to disrupt an industry or an established organization seeking to remain successful, fostering innovation within your business is essential for long-term success. Today, students from over 70 countries and regions come from different walks of life to join in making innovative projects. They have conceived of an idea that they have evolved into a product. When making innovative products with improved performance, many of these innovators demonstrated very good alternative technological options. Innovation is a systematic, organized, rational process usually carried out in stages, such as testing, analysis, and experimentation. Dear Student, Typically, people mean one of five things when they say innovation: 1. We want to do something new 2. We want something new and good 3. We want something new, good, and profitable 4. We want to be more aggressive and work faster 5. We just want to be perceived as being innovative. Any of these simple declarations is easy to understand. The odds of innovation increase when this kind of language pervades a culture, and history suggests that clear language is one of the tools great thinkers, creators, and innovators have always used. Dear students, each day offers a chance to become better. Dreams are not achieved overnight; they require patience and effort. Remember the story of the renowned artist Vincent Van Gogh, who faced failures but never quit. Like him, take failures as lessons, not endings. Remember that every little effort counts. Every little step that you take today will lead you to something big tomorrow. So, dear students, make the most of everything and spread love and empathy as you do. The future is bright, and you have the power to control and shape it as you like Finally, I wish to mention that we have the potential to change the world with our ideas and actions.
