Can an AI scaffold produce a real business strategy from zero — no accumulated data, no prior sessions, just the framework? This is a 55-command Claude Code scaffold for start-up exploration I created a Homer Simpson persona, and ran the full innovation→offering→marketing cascade from cold start. In one session, Homer goes from "I want to open a donut shop" to: • A differentiation strategy (Freshness Clock, Springfield Flavors) • A cost model ($500 in, $3,045 out in 90 days) • An innovation baseline and two scenarios (The Homer System, The Full Vision) • A 4-phase roadmap from cooler to storefront • A shaped product (Plant Gate Menu, 24/30 clarity) • Two marketing channels with a week-by-week action plan • A sequenced Marge pitch that she can't say no to The scaffold runs in one terminal. Homer (played by Claude) responds in the other. I copy-paste between them. The human's decisions steer everything — that's the thesis: "Human at the Helm." Tip: 1.5x speed works well — it's all text, no audio. CHAPTERS: 0:00 — Cold start [fill timestamps] Built with Claude Code (Opus). The scaffold framework: Doblin 10 Types of Innovation + Shape Up + JTBD + Kano Model. No affiliation with The Simpsons, Fox, or Matt Groening. Homer is used as a demonstration persona.
