New Velotric Nomad 1 E bike Ride/Review

Today we take the Velotric Nomad 1 Fat Tire Mountain Bike for a 25 mile ride. This is my first ride after assembly of the bike. I was joined by my Uncle Tim from out of town. Tim is a bicycle enthusiast who owns several high end bikes (Non electric) and does a lot of riding. He rode the Veloctric Discover 1ebike. I will be riding and reviewing it next. I was very impressed with the quality and aesthetics of the bike as I assembled it. It's very obvious that this is not the cookie cutter bike thats made in the same factory and rebranded by everyone. Velotric did not take any shortcuts here. The Velotric bikes use a proproprietary drive motor that claims higher efficiency and extended range. I was suprised at how efficient these bikes actually are. On other similar bikes I own a 25 mile ride uses almost all of the battery and I wonder if I'll make it home. After this ride we had consumed just over 50% of the battery! Remember I'm not a 150lb rider either! 'll do more range testing soon. I definately give the Nomad 1 e-bike a Thumbs Up!
