PRONG COLLAR VS SLIP LEAD: what’s better ? Is the Prong abusive ? human experiment

Something that I see a lot from emotional uneducated people when it comes to certain training tools is ‘put it on yourself’ well look no further. I’ve done a few posts lately about different training tools/collars giving an honest insight into them. I don’t advocate for the use of certain tools, I advocate for correct use of ALL TOOLS wether you use them or not. A big thank you to Brad for wanting to see what all the fuss was about and to Geoffrey Dollé Balanced Dog Trainer for being apart of this video and joining Southend Dog Training today. A MESSAGE FROM A HAPPY CLIENT: I must admit using a prong collar was something I probably wouldn’t of used until Adam showed me how to use it, I tried everything with dexter before, slip leads, harness and choke chain and nothing worked he would just pull me like a sled dog down the road and being heavily pregnant it got to the point that he wasn’t going out for walks because I couldn’t risk falling over 😔 Now with the prong collar we go out on daily walks together and he’s not so much of a ‘shithead’ at home now he gets his excercise, before with the other collars I would even have a fight with him putting them on him as he would bite the leads and run around the house so that I couldn’t get his collar on him and now as soon as I pick up his prong collar he sits nicely and let’s me put it on him and that’s without using the collar to control him 😊 I’ve even noticed less people are crossing the roads etc to not cross paths with me and dexter because they can see I have control of him even be 8 months pregnant and the size of a house 😆 Anyway I think all people should try different things before they create an opinion of them and I thank you Adam because I now have a dog that’s a little calmer and a lot happier now that we can go out 😊 THE ABOVE IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN THE OPINIONS OF SHEEP SITTING BEHIND A KEYBOARD WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE TOOL.
