I got some good requests for an atlatl with a dart rest, so this is one of my favorite styles for PVC atlatl. I figured I'd try to experiment and make a female or socket atlatl, but it didn't work out. I need to keep messing with it and I'll let you guys know what I figure out. So for right now, we're making an atlatl with a slightly different type of spur. If you want, refer to the other video on atlatl below for the other style of spur. You can also dress it up however you want. Unlike the PVC bow, it can be carved and shaped slightly as the atlatl will flex but not enough for a light carving to cause a failure.
