Momentum continues to build at 59 Collings Street, Balmoral. With the excavators now off site, both the basement and podium levels are complete, and construction has moved into the main structure. Key progress this month includes: • Completion of all substructure works and the podium slab forming the entry, foyer, and Residence 1 • Rainwater irrigation tanks craned into position • Scaffolding now being erected around the building • Blockwork for the next level delivered and ready to commence Now that we’re out of the ground, progress is accelerating and the project is starting to take real shape above Balmoral Hill.
