Goan Rechardo Masala Recipe Ingredients: • 10–12 dried Kashmiri red chillies (soaked in warm water) • 6–8 garlic cloves • 1 inch ginger • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1 tsp black peppercorns • 4 cloves • 1 small piece cinnamon • 1 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp sugar • Salt to taste • 3–4 tbsp vinegar (preferably Goan toddy vinegar) Method: 1. Soak the dried red chillies in warm water for about 15 minutes to soften them. 2. In a mixer jar add the soaked chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric powder, sugar and salt. 3. Add vinegar and grind everything into a smooth thick paste. 4. Your spicy and tangy Goan Rechardo Masala is ready to use. This masala can be used to marinate fish, prawns, chicken, or even vegetables and gives a delicious authentic Goan flavour. 🌶️ This delicious Goan Rechardo Kheema Curry is a spicy and flavorful dish made by cooking minced meat in aromatic spices and the bold Goan rechardo masala.
