It's time to bring the Willsenton over to my neighbor Ivar who prefer tube amps over transistor amps for years. The difference in our level in audio knowledge is huge but he is very picky in the stuff he buy so he will never review so many things as I do. His knowledge goes beyond most of me and my viewers and one of his goals/dreams is to make audio rooms(living-rooms/studio's/ cafe's) audiophile proof. It's his hobby and he explained me many times that when room acoustic is good there is easy over 50% to gain in sound quality. He started this hobby when he was 16 and up till today he is in this hobby 100% and a regular visitor of many audio shows as the Munich audio show where he made audio friends like Paul McGowan and many more. There are many respectable audio reviewers on youtube but often I see they talk 100% BS only to make as much video's as possible. Ivar started his youtube channel on my advice. I explained him that he should share his knowledge and not keep it for him self. I am happy he finally start his channel ....He doesn't do this to make money, it's part of his hobby now. I hope that once you are his subscriber he gains your respect with his different approach in this audio world. I am curious how he test this willsenton R8 on his speakers, I know he liked the sound when he was in my house but his house have better room acoustics and different speakers. He will compare this tube amp with his very expensive Aitos monoblocks tube amplifiers. I don't believe the Willsenton can beat them but I am very curious how he place this amplifier....To be honest, I hardly can wait for his first willsenton upload. He will also upload the test of the Bryston 4B-ST what he had for 3 weeks. In the future I will give him all my special scores to review. Not because I want to make him more video's but because I want to know how his trained ears with his acoustic surroundings assess these items for quality and how his views stands against my views.
