Got our set of 10 baby chicks via USPS from mypetchicken.com. mypetchicken.com allowed us to pick whatever breeds we wanted in any number of birds and just had to pick a birth-date (shipping date) that was common to all of them. 9/15/2025 are their birth dates (Monday), they arrived safe and sound on Wed (17th). After tons of research, and our simple setup, things went very well. For a broader, a storage tote, small water and feed setup and a simply heater. So far so good. They sit under the heater at night in the garage and we place them outside during the day. Temperatures are perfect for them and they are doing great. They are fun to watch and we are handling them a lot so that they are person friendly and more pet like. These are for eggs so no worries there. Ended up with: 3 Barred Plymouth Rock 3 Easter Eggers 2 Green Queen Easter eggers 2 Rhode Island reds Follow us in this adventure....fun stuff. Cheers.
