Through the Strengthening Induction through Quality Teaching Rounds project, schools can embed an evidence-based approach to induction that supports early career teachers from the start. Using Quality Teaching Rounds (QTR), the project strengthens teaching practice, builds professional collaboration and delivers lasting benefits for teachers, schools and students.
