The two go bowling down the road from Broaster Kitchen in Montebello, where Genevieve tells Jenn is her favorite fried chicken. Broaster chicken, the trademarked term for a specific line of pressure fryers, is almost a franchise. Owners of the fryers are the only places where the term "Broasted" can be used and are given recommended seasoning and dredges for their chicken. It's up to the individual restaurants to decide whether or not to use those seasonings in the creation of their chicken.
