In this video, I am sharing a delicious Chicken 65 Biryani recipe with easy step-by-step method. This biryani is made with crispy Chicken 65 pieces, aromatic basmati rice, and rich dum cooking style. Perfect for festivals, family functions, and special occasions. CHICKEN 65 BIRYANI RECIPE INGREDIENTS: For Chicken Marination: 500g Chicken 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Egg 2 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida) 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves Salt to taste For Curd Masala: 1 cup Curd 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder Salt to taste For Rice: 2 cups Basmati Rice Water as needed 2 Bay Leaves 4 Cloves 2 Cardamom 1 Cinnamon Stick 1 Star Anise (optional) 2 tbsp Ghee Salt to taste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Few Mint Leaves Few Coriander Leaves For Biryani Masala: 3 Onions (sliced) 2 Tomatoes (chopped) 3 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Fried Onions (for garnish) Mint Leaves Coriander Leaves Kasuri Methi METHOD: STEP 1: Marinate Chicken Take chicken in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, egg, curd, corn flour, maida, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. STEP 2: Prepare Curd Masala Take curd in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and keep aside. STEP 3: Fry Chicken Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken pieces. Deep fry till golden brown. Remove and keep aside. STEP 4: Prepare Onion Masala Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Remove half and keep for garnish. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Add prepared curd masala and mix. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Add remaining fried onions and mix. Add fried chicken pieces and mix well. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, and kasuri methi. Switch off stove. STEP 5: Cook Rice Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Boil water in a large pot. Add whole spices, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, mint and coriander leaves. Add soaked rice and cook till 70% done. Drain water. STEP 6: Layering In a thick-bottom pot, spread chicken masala. Add cooked rice layer on top. Sprinkle fried onions, mint, coriander, and ghee. STEP 7: Dum Cooking Cover tightly with lid. Cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes. STEP 8: Serve Mix gently and serve hot Chicken 65 Biryani with raita or salan.
