Let's start First I prepare 1 .healthy dates to store, 2 . Masala powder for tea especially for tea lovers. 3 . Iftar Snacks main ingredient Bread crumbs 4 . Iftar time easy snacks main ingredient Pre- mix especially Bajji Maavu Pre- mix . 5 . Iftar snacks sidedish chutney recipe especially for any variety of snacks, also momos chutney. Let's start first healthy dates Ingredients are Dates Cashews - somewhat Badam-somewhat Pumpkin seeds-somewhat Sunflower seeds - somewhat Please prepare it with wearing cloves to stay longtime. Remove the seeds of the dates , keep one cashew in the middle , press to close as per video shown please watch full video friends ♥️. Like that keep one badam, some pumpkin seeds, some sunflower seeds alternative into the dates as per video shown please watch full video friends ♥️. Store in air- - tight container. 2 . Masala Tea Powder Ingredients are Coriander seeds -2 tbsp Cinnamon -5 no's ( 1/2 inch size cinnamon) Clove-12 no's Pepper corn -1 tbsp Cardamom -2 tbsp( 20 no's) Dry Ginger powde -3/4 tsp. Let's start Add all above ingredients except dry ginger powder in a pan - allow to dry roast until slightly colour change. Switch off & transfer . Without switch on the stove at the same pan add dry ginger powder - saute few secs & transfer to same plate. Allow to cool all & transfer to mixie jar -grind neither fine nor coarse . Transfer -allow to cool . Store in air- tight container. For 2 cup of making tea add less than 1)4 tsp of masala powder & allow to boil & fliter. Masala tea Ready 👍. 3 . Iftar snacks main item Bread crumbs Ingredients are Bread Slice -5 - 6 no's Let's start Cut the bread Slice & transfer into mixie jar. Give one pulse mode first - flip once & again give pulse mode . Grind impulse mode coarsely blend it. Transfer to pan - allow to roast ( fry)at low flame. Until the crumbs turns well aromatic , Crispy . Fry 7 - 8 mins , after turn crispy switch off the flame 🔥. Allow to cool & transfer. Store in air-tight container. Keep in refrigerator , used upto 15 days. Note We will use the first & last piece of the bread Slice. Also the border of all sides of the bread Slice. Bread crumbs Ready 👍. 4 . Iftar snacks main item Bajji Maavu Pre- mix To prepare premix Ingredients are Gram flour -1/2 kg Rice flour -300 gm Kashmir chilli powder -3 tsp Or Red chilli powder -2 tsp Hing-1/2 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Salt -2 tsp Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Sieve the gram & rice flour together - add red chilli , hing , salt & baking soda - mix well all . Then atlast add turmeric powder - mix well all . Store in air-tight container. Note Take small amount (1 tsp) - mix with water - check the salt taste. Add salt if necessary - mix again & transfer the flour. Bajji Maavu Pre- mix Powder Ready 👍 5 . Iftar snacks main Sidedish Chutney Snacks Chutney Or Momos Chutney Let's see Ingredients are Tomato -5 no's Well riped tomato Red chilli -10 -12 no's Salt Oil -4 tbsp Chopped Ginger -little 1 inch size Chopped garlic - 1/4 cup Sugarc-1 tbsp Vinegar -1 tbsp Soya sauce -1 tbsp Tomato sauce -1/4 cup Let's start Wash the riped tomato - remove the middle eye of the tomato as per video shown please watch full video friends ♥️. At back of the tomato scratch vertically , horizontally as per video shown. Transfer all to sauce pan - add red chilli & 1 tsp of salt - also enough water allow to cook 5 mins. 5 mins later - switch off the flame 🔥. Transfer the cooked tomato seperately to a plate - allow to cool & remove the skin . Transfer into mixie jar - also add cooked red chilli & little cooked water & grind fine paste. Add oil to o heat - add chopped ginger , chopped garlic - saute few secs. Add tomato paste - stir once allow to boil. Add sugar - mix well - allow to boil 3 mins at high flame. In the hat gap add soya sauce, vinegar & tomato sauce - mix well to cook. After 3 mins switch off. Chutney ready especially Momos Chutney Ready 👍. Allow to cool & transfer to air tight container. Keep in refrigerator - used until upto 5 days. Enjoy the taste. Friends prepared all this to your ramadan preparation - hope it's useful for all of u.
