OK explanation for this Au: Toya, Izuku, Tomura, Toga, Kurogiri, Spinner and twice were all killed or died from their quirks by AFO then "brought back" from dead by him, to experiment on them and enhance their quirk strength- or in Izukus case, it was more because he got in the way- though before he killed any of them, he killed his wife, as she drove him "crazy"- and she was also "brought back" by afo and the doctor cause she was a key part to his plan, and killing her was a mistake- but when he killed izuku for "being in his way" he only resurected him because Inko begged him to. The LOV decided they'd had enough of him and burn him to death after capturing him, and disabling his quirk. Though death was exactly what afo wanted cause he knows he can just come back to life using the doctor- Izuku and Yoichi knew that, and would rather torture him. When in there dead forms they are the age they died at, also even when not in there dead forms, they can manipulate their voice to be either robotic, the voice appropriate for age, or there voice at the age of death- hence touyas voice at the start
