I love grilled romaine lettuce, and it’s a fun, delicious and different way to enjoy a salad! Pair that with your favorite grilled meat and life is good! In this recipe, I’m dressing it with blue cheese, bacon and pomegranate, but other times I’ll use a salsa verde (or a tomatillo sauce) and shaved Parmesan cheese. I hope you enjoy making this delicious grilled Romaine salad! Recipe below: 1. Blue Cheese Dressing: 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Japanese mayo if available) 2 Tbsp heavy cream 3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled 1 clove garlic, finely grated 2 tsp shallots, finely grated 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp mustard powder 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp fine kosher salt (or to taste) ————— 2.
