Spend Thanksgiving week with me as I travel back to North Carolina for a full week of family, football, food, and fitness. From getting a solid leg day lift in before the holiday meals, to grocery runs hunting down Cheerwine, to quality time eating with family, this vlog captures it all. I also hit up a high school football playoff game while I was home. It happens to be my alma maters rival school & my where my girfriend went to high school.
