Out of Sony's Shadow Again (Let's Look at Ridge Racer 6)

Today, I'm taking a look at the first mainline Ridge Racer game to release on a Microsoft console, as I look at Ridge Racer 6 for the Xbox 360. Not counting R: Racer Evolution, this was only the second ever Ridge Racer game not to get a version on a Sony platform at the time of its release, the first being Ridge Racer 64/DS on the Nintendo 64 and DS, respectively. As I was recording, I was confusing this game with Ridge Racer 7, which DID get a PlayStation release, and errorniously called 6 the last Ridge Racer game, my mistake. And just like a few of the 360 games I looked at, this was another launch title for the 360, but unlike the others this is the only launch title to be on both North America and Japan release days. Does this game hold up after over 20 years? Let's find out.
