Ever wonder what grief really looks like when the cameras aren't supposed to be rolling? It’s been about a month since my first video, and this one wasn’t easy to make. Nothing about this season is easy. Melissa, my wife, died 28 days after a cough turned out to be stage 4 lung cancer. No symptoms. No time. And now… it’s just me. I talk here about what life has looked like since—panic attacks, the loneliness, selling off a life we built together, moving back to Paris with my daughter, and trying to keep going. It’s not polished. It’s not motivational. It’s just true. I started recording these as a sort of grief video journal. Because writing helped. Talking helps. And maybe this helps someone else out there who’s wondering if they’re going crazy or if they’re the only one. If you're navigating life after loss, grief that comes in waves, or the strange guilt of surviving someone you love, this video’s for you. 👉 I talk about: Grief and loneliness after losing a spouse Trying to rebuild life in a new country Financial survival after losing a partner Anxiety, panic, and unexpected triggers What helps: journaling, Wim Hof, walking, affirmations 📍 If you’re watching this because you’re in the dark too: I see you. You're not alone. Subscribe if you want real talk about grief, mental health, fatherhood, and surviving the days when hope feels like a lie. #GriefJourney #LifeAfterLoss #WidowerVlog #MentalHealth #TheresNoMapForThis
