Honouring the Lives of Luther Seth JR Constant and Rene Rayaz Constant A Celebration of Friendship, brotherhood, Music, and Cherished Memories We gather with heavy hearts but also with deep gratitude to honour and celebrate the remarkable lives of Luther Seth JR Constant, born on may 3rd 1994 and Rene Rayaz Constant, born on January 23 2001. Both entered this world in Melfort, Saskatchewan, and together they shared a bond that inspired everyone who knew them. Seth and Rene were truly the best of friends—brothers not only by blood, but by spirit. Their friendship was rooted in mutual respect, unwavering support, and a shared zest for life. Through every challenge and triumph, they stood side by side, their laughter echoing in the memories of all who were fortunate to witness their bond. Perhaps the most precious gift Seth and Rene shared was their love for music. It was more than just a passion; it was a language through which they expressed their dreams, hopes, and love for each other and those around them. Whether playing instruments, singing together, or simply enjoying their favorite songs, music was the heartbeat of their friendship and brother hood a source of joy and comfort that brought people together and created lasting memories. Born in Melfort, Saskatchewan both raised in James Smith Cree nation Seth and Rene’s connection to their community was profound. Their presence touched many lives, and their legacy continues to resonate in the hearts of friends, family, and neighbors. James Smith will forever be richer for having been the home where their stories began. As we reflect on the lives of Seth and Rene, let us honour their memory by cherishing the values they embodied: friendship, kindness, and the joy of sharing what we love with others.
