Passive hang - 3 sets - Hold for as long as you can - Rest 1-2 mins in between sets 2. Active hang - 2 sets - Hold for as long as you can - Rest 1-2 mins in between sets 3. False grip hang - 2 sets - Hold for as long as you can and try to straighten your arms - Rest 1 minute 4. Support hold - 3 sets - Hold for as long as you can and try to straighten your arms - Rest 1 minute 5. Tricep dips - 5 sets - Aim for 5 good, slow reps - Rest 2 minutes 6.
