Super happy with this result. Since my last competition in November, I've been pretty agressively practicingmy centers. First, by refining my alg choices and later by doing some specific drills: 1. Center tracing attempts with no timer and without trying to remember memo 2. Center execution with written memo 3. Full center only solves (I got these down from 33 to about 27 global) This helped me increase my consistency and therefore my confidence leading up to this round. I don't think there's a lot to be said about the solve itself. Splits for Memorisation / Execution are about 34/37 which is insanely exec-carried (balanced splits for a 1:11 are probably like 28-29/42-43). I believe the main reason for the slow memo was a lot of small pauses I took my time to think of a good story. Im sure this helped with fast recall but it is still the #1 thing that needs improvement, as I should be able to come up with something good (enough) instantly. But yeah even with these mistakes, I'm happy happy to have gotten this solve and also relieved my 2passed 1:29 doesn't stand as PR anymore. At the time of the solve this ranks me 2nd in Europe and 5th worldwide. Cube used: Moyu aosu V7 double track My center algs for 4BLD: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/... Hopefully someone will find this helpful on their 4bld grind 🙏
