"America's Cheer Team" is a six-episode docuseries shot and published in real-time. It chronicles the journeys of new and returning USA Cheer Premier Coed team members as they prepare for the 2025 ICU world cheerleading championship. Episode 3, "Making the Mat" is presented by Varsity Spirit and Varsity Spirit Fashion. Varsity Spirit is a global force for school spirit, athletic achievement and student success. Varsity Spirit provides uniforms, shoes, warm-ups, backpacks, and select practice attire (shorts, sports bras, bows) for the US National Cheer Teams. Making the Mat follows the final In-Person Training Weekend located in Texas for USA Coed Premier as they approach choreography, set initial competitors vs. alternates, as well as preparing for the intensified 8-day training in Florida.
