Hello and Welcome, Alex from Beaglington-On-Sea here to introduce the next episode of 'The Beaglington Review'. Hornby ( ‪@HornbyModelRailways‬ )have released in its 2023 range a newly liveried version of one of its 0-4-0T locomotives. This time around the venerable 'D' (Dowlais) tank is in the orange-y/ochre livery of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway, a company that once had a line from Melton Constable to Cromer which the remaining sections from Sheringham to Holt now form the North Norfolk Railway. But does this dated model wear its new coat well? And does it perform as a locomotive should in this day and age.
