Rotisserie Chicken on the Masterbuilt 1050

In this video, we will doing a chicken, rotisserie style, on the Masterbuilt 1050 Gravity Feed Charcoal Grill. This chicken will be injected with the Amazin' Cajun injection from Heaven Made Products. We used 16 oz of butter as the medium for the injection. The chicken was cooked at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes per pound. Chickens cooked on a rotisserie usually take anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes per pound. Always use your instant read thermometer and check for 165 degrees in the breast and 185 degrees in the thigh/leg area. A great tool for rotisseries is the Meater or Meater+ wireless thermometer.
