This paper will focus on the post-excavation analysis and publication programme of the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon road improvement scheme in Cambridgeshire, one of the largest commercial archaeological projects undertaken in the UK to date. The analysis and publication programme was undertaken between 2019 and 2024 by a cross-company team led by MOLA-Headland Infrastructure, with a variety of different outputs published in early 2025. The scale of the archaeological project necessitated some innovative approaches to both the post-excavation methodology adopted and the types of outputs produced. It is these two aspects that will be focused on in this session – what different methodological approaches were taken, and the decisions surrounding what types of outputs to produce. Emma West
