Hello everyone, in this video we will be testing two player split-screen co-op on the Retroid Pocket 5. This is without a doubt my most requested RP5 video to date. I’ve had very many comments asking me to try this so here I am to test out what you’ve been waiting for! I test the RP5 on both a portable monitor and a 4k TV. We will test various genres of games (racing, fighting, cozy) and see how they run in splitscreen coop mode using controllers from Xbox and 8bitdo (no Playstation or Switch this time, sorry). The conclusion is that, if you use a proper connection method (a high quality cable or dock), you’ll have a great experience using the Retroid Pocket 5 as a home console device.
