I FOUND AN ABANDONED PUPPY IN THE DESERT! 🏜️

My first road trip outside of Washington state, I was driving down to Arizona and passing the border of Utah when a puppy darted out into the road in 100 degree weather, no houses around for several miles and in the desert. I pulled over after speaking to two guys in a truck say they couldn't catch the puppy and chased the dog (well technically walked slowly), to try and catch it. it was exhausted, skinny, losing hair, flaky skin and a tick was attached to it that later proved to have burrowed into the skin. Unfortunately there was another dog probably 40 miles into Arizona that was dead on the side of the road but with houses in the distance. I saved one dog, I can't save them all. More updates to come since being back in Washington now from Arizona.
