VIDEO: Mike and Alex Suit Up In Sumo For Local High School Students

A local high school has come up with a fun way to raise money for their post-graduation party. Project Graduation is an annual post-graduation event providing Cherry Hill High School West seniors with a drug and alcohol free environment in which to celebrate. Graduation is a high-risk time for high school students, with injuries and fatalities often due to the celebrations that include alcohol and drugs. This year’s post-graduation party will be held the night of graduation from 10pm to 5am. The school will provide a safe place for our graduates to gather together and celebrate their "first reunion". The year’s theme is a Sumo Wrestling Event! Teachers will suit up and wrestle each other to raise money for the Graduating Class of 2015. Each year it is up to parents to raise approximately $35,000.00 to fund Project Graduation. Sandi Slossar and senior Mark Hutchinson joined us from Project Graduation at Cherry Hill High School West.
