Pizza Bona - Easy Puff Pastry Pizza Rolls! | Cheesy Puff Pastry Swirls🍕🍕🍕 Ingredients: · Puff pastry — 500 g · Sausage — 200 g · Bell pepper — 1 pc . (red or yellow is better for brightness) · Tomato paste — to taste · Salt — to taste · Hard cheese — 200 g · Processed cheese (in squares) — 5 pieces Preparation: 1. Preparation: Roll out the dough slightly into a rectangular layer. Brush it with tomato paste and lightly sprinkle with salt. 2. Filling: Cut the sausage into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stalk, and cut into small cubes (about the same as sausage). Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. 3. Assembly: In a bowl, mix the chopped sausage, bell pepper and grated cheese. Spread this filling evenly over the entire dough, on top of the tomato paste. 4. Forming: Tightly roll the dough with the filling into a roll. Cut the roll into 2-3 cm wide pieces. 5. Proofing: Place the pieces in a baking dish (with the slice facing up so that the filling is visible). Cover the mold with a clean towel and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes to allow the dough to come up a little. 6. Finishing touch: Before putting it in the oven, put a square of melted cheese on top of each piece (it will melt and cover the top beautifully). 7. Baking: Place in a preheated 180°C oven. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
