Wuzu Karke dikhayain Dono |Quran Ka Wuzu | Deobandi aur Shia Aalim ne wuzu Kia| Owais Rabbani Debate Wudu (ritual purification) practices vary slightly between Islamic sects, mainly between Sunni and Shia Muslims. Here are the detailed differences: Sunni Muslims: 1. Washing the feet: Sunnis wash their feet up to the ankles, making sure to wash between the toes. 2. Wiping the head: Sunnis wipe their entire head, including the hair, with wet hands. 3. Washing the arms: Sunnis wash their arms from fingertips to elbows. 4. Sequence: Sunnis perform wudu in the exact sequence mentioned in the Hadith (Prophetic traditions). 5. Number of times: Each step is performed three times, except for washing the hands, which is done only once. Shia Muslims: 1. Washing the feet: Shias wash their feet up to the ankles, but they also wipe the top of the feet with wet hands. 2. Wiping the head: Shias wipe only the forehead, and not the entire head. 3. Washing the arms: Shias wash their arms from fingertips to elbows, but they also wipe the upper arm with wet hands. 4. Sequence: Shias have a slightly different sequence, starting with washing the hands, then the face, and so on. 5. Number of times: Each step is performed twice, except for washing the hands, which is done only once. Other differences: 1. Drying the body: Sunnis dry their body after wudu, while Shias do not. 2. Using a toothbrush: Some Sunni scholars allow using a toothbrush during wudu, while Shias do not. 3. Wudu during menstruation: Shias perform a modified wudu during menstruation, while Sunnis do not. Please note that these differences are based on the majority opinions within each sect and may vary among individual scholars or communities.
