Get ready because these 2 minute rice krispie treats will rock your kitchen! If you have Littles around, they'll love you for this one. It's all done in the microwave which means its quick and when you use bon COOK non-stick flexible bakeware it also means very little mess to clean up! Recipe: Microwave Rice Krispies Treats • 3Tbs Butter (use coconut oil to make it dairy free) • 35-40 Medium Marshmallows • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal Place butter or coconut oil in Large Round Mold and microwave for 30secs or until butter/oil is melted. Add all the marshmallows to mold and stir to coat making sure all the marshmallows are covered in butter. Place back in microwave for 2mins. Marshmallows will get big a gooey. Add in cereal slowly, mixing as you go. Once all of the cereal is mixed in, using Octagonal bonmat, pack down the mixture into the mold or transfer for your favorite bon COOK item.
