There seems to be some confusion about Greek salad! Some people think that by adding some crumbled Feta cheese into ANY salad makes it a Greek salad. That is not the case. At all. Xoriatiki salata is found at almost every meal in Greece. Any taverna or restaurant in Greece will serve you this when you order it. This is NOT the ONLY salad you can get Greece, but when Greek people order a "Greek Salad", THIS is what they expect to get. And they will! There are thousands of salad recipes and hundreds of dressing recipes. This has nothing to do with that! Nor am I inviting anyone to challenge this.
