#falldecor2024 #falldecorating #falldecorideas welcome y’all! i’m tori and i’d love to be your weekly dose of inspo ~ fab finds, magic memories, + seasonal style! today, we are starting to add some cozy autumnal florals and art prints to my home for early fall 2024! join me every mon 10am est as I share affordable finds, creative ideas, yummy recipes, treats, diys, routines, mom inspo, gift ideas, + more! ✨ Timestamps: Intro- 00:00 Kitchen decor- 00:16 Beef stroganoff- 06:49 Dining room decor- 07:06 Living room decor- 09:23 Arched cabinet decor- 10:47 Entryway decor- 13:42 Hobby lobby- 15:37 Home tour/future plans- 16:49 Beef stroganoff- Butter (I use half a stick) 16 oz egg noodles 24 oz sliced mushrooms 1 lb ground beef Chopped onions (or onion powder) Minced garlic 4 tbs flour 4 tsp tomato paste Paprika 4 cups beef broth Dijon mustard Sour cream Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté the ground beef, breaking it up while allowing it to slightly caramelize to get brown bits of color. And onion and garlic and sauté until beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms to the beef mixture and sauté until they begin to brown, about 4 minutes or until any excess water is cooked out. Sprinkle the mixture with flour, add the tomato paste and smoked paprika, and stir for 1-2 more minutes until flour has been fully incorporate. Drop the stock to add the beef broth. Add dijon mustard to the mixture and stir to combine. Scrape any bits from the bottom of the pan. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Add egg noodles to salted boiling water and cook as indicated on packaging. Drain in a colander. Remove skillet with beef mixture from the heat and fold in the sour cream. Fold in the noodles and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley and a dollop of sour cream.
