At Collaborate CIC, we support teams, partnerships and organisations to develop their own test and learn approaches. We’ve broken down what you need to know about these approaches into four key sessions: (1) bringing coherence to complexity, (2) building learning infrastructure, (3) gathering the right data, (4) taking action. Often, the most challenging part of learning is knowing how to take action. Learning is an active process and how you come together with others and the type of spaces that are created for learning are critical to joint learning. In this session, we’ll explore how you set up an effective learning space, what considerations you need to take into account and how to manage these spaces effectively.
