Welcome back to another Strength Program Review! This week I am going to be reviewing Jim Wendler’s “5/3/1 Strength Program for Beginning Lifters”. Jim Wendler is a strength coach, former football player at the University of Arizona and a competitive Powerlifter. Wendler’s lifting records include a 1,000-pound squat, a 675-pound bench press, and a 700-pound deadlift.
