We tried something new. Alongside our classic Groove Office Coworking Sessions the original format built for focus, deep work and long creative mornings we’re starting a new series: Factory Sessions. Factory Sessions capture electronic music in places where culture actually happens. Not in studios, but in real spaces with real people. “Inbetween” is the first episode of this series. We recorded it during the vernissage of David Zulkowski’s exhibition “Das Dazwischen” at the gallery Taube. The title immediately stuck with us. “Inbetween” perfectly describes the atmosphere of that evening and the idea behind this session. This set exists exactly between music and art. Between people arriving, conversations happening, glasses clinking and the dancefloor slowly forming. You’re invited to spend the evening with us. Put it on while working. While drawing. While editing. Or while pregaming before heading out. For the first time we also invited a guest DJ. Someone we actually met that same night at the vernissage. He’s a friend of the artist whose paintings you see in the background and part of the wider circle around the exhibition. Sharing the evening and the booth with him felt completely natural.
