My Story Hi, I’m Benjamin Friant, and I’ve been a freestyle scooter professionnal rider for 18 years and have always been passionate about water sports, especially pumpfoiling since I first discovered it 4 years ago. Coming from the scooter world, I've always tried to mix my sport with other water sports, such as wakesurfing or kitesurfing. It was fun but they were more gadgets than anything else. Until I fixed an handle bar on a plank of wood and a foil under. Then everything changed. At this point I had never experienced foiling but I could pump after my first go. Which was incredible. Especially knowing that it takes an average person months to years to learn pumpfoiling. Pumpfoiling can be challenging, intimidating and risky for many people. That's why I created the Pump Foil Scooter, the fact of having a handle bar, not only is it safer to learn but much faster as you are in total control of everything.
