As Europe divides into two alliances, Persia rapidly advances. We held off the Roman invasion and secured a future on this great nation; there is no stopping us now as we choose our next reforms, conquer the surrounding AI and build a strong empire. Relations with Rome are tense, I don’t entirely trust them, but it seems he has abandoned aggressive intentions against Persia. In “Welcome to Persia”, I explained the amazing potential of this country. Now we’re going to begin reaping the benefits as we approach westernisation. Which reform do I choose next? Artillery, research points from conquering, education or POPS with medicine? In the Russian Civil War video, I explained the starting position of most of Europe, and then while fighting against Smolensk we spectated and saw many wars unfold in session 1 of the campaign. By session 2, Europe has gone abruptly from small 1v1s to two power blocs lining up to fight. We will see that big war in this episode - and explain the web of diplomacy leading into it. With alliances that big, not everyone can get what they want out of the peace deal.
