Recipe for Chicken Liver Sarma NECESSARY PRODUCTS: rice - 500 gr. chicken hearts - 1 kg. chicken livers - 500 g. fresh onion - 1 link sol pepper mint chicken broth - 1 cube oil FOR TOPPING: yogurt - 500 g. eggs - 2 pcs. flour - 1 tbsp. baking soda - 1 tsp. sol METHOD OF PREPARATION: Wash, clean and cut the chicken hearts in half. Finely chop the chicken livers and fresh onions. Stew the hearts in a pan with a little fat. Add the liver and stew until the water evaporates. Add the fresh onion and stew for two minutes. Add the rice and fry for 1-2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a pan and season with salt, pepper, chicken broth and mint. Add 1,500 milliliters of water. Stir and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, without a fan, in the middle, for about 50-60 minutes. Prepare the filling. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt to the yoghurt. Beat well with a wire whisk. Pour the liver over the sarma with the topping and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until browned. Serve with yogurt if desired. Enjoy your meal!
