This video walks you through changing the hot wax wheel or cold buff wheel on your WINTERSTEIGER Waxjet Pro ski and snowboard waxer. Total time to do this job: 10-minutes or less. Tools Needed: 6mm Allen key 4mm Allen Key -13mm socket on a wrench Before starting work on any machine, make sure your machine is unplugged. 1) Remove the top cover. 2) Loosen the bolts on the wheel per instructions in video. 3) Remove the wheel, change the ends per the instructions in the video. 4) Clean machine before reinstalling wheel(s). 5) Reinstall the wheel per the instructions in the video. 6) Plug the machine back in and turn it on to make sure nothing is touching. 7) Reinstall the top cover per the instructions in the video. 8) Turn machine on again to recheck that nothing is touching.
