TCL V6C: Affordable 4K HDR TV Now in Europe!

The TCL V6C 4K HDR TV is rolling out across Europe. This model, also known as the P6K, is a cheaper LED device with an HVA panel for boosted contrast. Other features include Google TV, a Game Accelerator, support for Dolby Vision and compatibility with various voice assistants. TCL has launched the V6C or P6K TVs in countries across Europe. This is a 4K LED model sitting towards the bottom of the brand's 2025 TV line-up. The V6C is offered in five sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch. The V6C has a direct LED backlight, with a typical brightness level of 330 nits on the largest model. The 4K display has a 60Hz native refresh rate with 4K upscaling, and it is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The HVA screen is said to enhance contrast, delivering a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, reducing the halo effect and offering an anti-glare finish. While there are gaming tools like Game Master, Game Mode and a 1080p@120Hz Game Accelerator, it is worth noting that this model is not AMD FreeSync certified, unlike many others from TCL. As with other TVs in the 2025 TCL range, the V6C uses Google TV, with streaming apps including Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+. This also brings Google Cast wireless content sharing, and you can control the device with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa voice commands. Other features include Apple AirPlay 2, Miracast and a sleep timer. There is Bluetooth 5.2 and dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, and ports on the device include HDMI 2.1. TCL describes this model as having a metallic, bezel-less design, with two built-in 10W speakers supporting Dolby Atmos. You can now buy the TCL V6C Ultra HD Smart Google TV, also known as the P6K, in countries including France and Germany. Here, prices start from €339. The model arrived in the UK in February, with the cheapest model priced at £249.
