15th July brought a birth to remember. A dad who was working away in the Mines, an hour outside Emerald, due to fly in home on the 16th at 09:30... but his daughter had different idea's.. so a last minute plan saw us set up at the Sunshine Coast Midwifery Maternity Centre and SKYPE... Dad into the labour and entire Birth... His daughter was born at 05:53 and he returned to base to collect his belongings in time to catch the flight home to finally hold his wife and baby daughter in his arms...Congratulations all from the team at Sunshine Coast Midwifery Maternity Care Centre xxx
