I Took a break from building our Viking House and went with my wife and Kids to Hedeby to spend a weekend with some very good friends. It was early October so the air was crisp, the nights frosty, the mornings hazy and foggy and the days Sunny and nice. This is a short compilation of shots that I filmed outside of the opening Hours of the Living history Viking Village. The Northern Lights werd happening in and out Those days but sadly not while we were in Hedeby. So the clips of the Northern Lights Are from other nights and late evenings. I Experienced Northern Lights in May at Ribe Vikinge Center and got some timelapse there as well. I wanted to include them because this weekend in Hedeby and spending long late nights outside with the camera looking up frames the beginning of October for me and my family. One night it was so bright we woke up our daughters could see them too. So this video gives you a chance to Experience Hedeby through sounds and scenes from these days.
