I DID A WORKOUT AT THE UK'S FASTEST PARKRUN - Bushy Park the world record course!

This weekend I ran the Bushy Park parkrun, the course where the ParkRun world record was run by Andy Baddeley! The Bushy Park parkrun is flat and fast, just outside London and attended by a huge 1000+ finishers each week! I used the parkrun as part of my running workout for the day, running controlled (ish) at tempo pace for the 5k, then building into a 2 mile and 1 mile rep after the parkrun to continue to session. This was only my second ever parkrun, after running my first earlier this year with the one and only Harry Morgan from Jog on! It was also technically a parkrun PB!
