A delicious and quick to make Thai chicken meal. Thai basil chicken, is a very popular street food in Thailand. This recipe has few ingredients making it super easy to make anytime for a tasty meal. Try and use Thai basil and not regular basil as it makes a big difference. In Thailand they often use holy basil which is different again, however it may be harder to find. If you only have one type of soy sauce, that’s fine, the light soy sauce would be the better choice. Serve it with steamed or boiled jasmine or basmati rice. Great with a kaffir lime leaf but otherwise keep it plain. It will soak up the beautiful sauce.
